Holy cow! We're fast approaching Cole's half birthday. It's crazy how fast these past 5 months have gone. This little guy is such a joy and is starting to develop such a cute little personality.
No well check this month, but according to my highly scientific method of weighing him (weigh myself holding him, weigh myself not holding him) I think he's about 15.5-16 lbs. and 24 inches. In addition to getting two teeth in the last month, he has also discovered his feet, so he likes to play with them. He's at the point where everything he can pick up goes in to his mouth. He's not quite rolling back to front yet, but he's getting close. And, he LOVES watching Hunter. He just laughs and laughs at him. It's so cute and makes me really look forward to when they can play together.
Right now, he really only cries when he's dirty, hungry, or sleepy. He's given us a couple of 6-ish hour stretches of sleep in the first part of the night, so hopefully we're making some progress there. He likes to play under his play gym or in his Baby Einstein jumper, but isn't really a jumper yet (especially compared to Hunter at this age - he's STILL jumping everywhere!). He moves his arms and legs like he really wants to go somewhere and loves looking at himself in the mirror.

My mom came to visit last week. We had a lot of fun - we went to the spa for massages and facials on my birthday and then she babysat for us while AJ and I went out on a date the next night.
We can't wait until she comes back to see us!
Here Hunter is wrapping himself up in the wrapping paper, saying he was my gift. Ha!
